The firm is a specialist employment law firm with offices situated in Randpark Ridge,
Johannesburg, and Tshwane CBD.  The founder and Senior Partner, Jose Dana Verster is an experienced Labour Law and Dispute Resolution practitioner.  He has represented major corporations in seminal labour litigation and has engaged in extensive employment law training.  He has published widely on employment law and employment equity in particular and has participated and made presentations at numerous Human Resources seminars and conferences.  He obtained his Master’s Degree in Law (LLM) from the University of South Africa specialising in Administrative, Constitutional and Labour Law.  He successfully completed the Industrial Relations Development Programme at the Graduate School of Business, University of Stellenbosch.

JD has practiced as a Labour Lawyer for 18 years and during that time has consulted and advised many private and public sector clients on administrative and labour law related matters.  He was the Legal Advisor to the Trade Union Council of South Africa and an Associate Partner with Webber Wentzel Bowens Attorneys before commencing to practice for his own account in 1997.

The firm consists of five professional resources and renders services, advice and representation across the employment law spectrum including labour legislation compliance, CCMA and Labour Court representation, strategic industrial relations and collective bargaining advice and the employment implications of mergers and acquisitions.

The firm updates its clients on employment law trends and developments regularly through a Labour Law Brief and prides itself in providing timeous and practical solutions to clients’ issues.
